Shipping Terms

The terms of any sale completed through this website will F.O.B. Origin, Freight Prepaid and Collect.

This means the BUYER of any transaction is responsible bearing the freight charge as a line item charge on their final invoice, they own the goods within the shipment as soon as they pass to the carrier, and are responsible for any claims on the shipment with the carrier (if applicable).

The SELLER (Global Tools) is responsible for arranging the shipment and paying the carrier for the shipment. The value of this payment will be applied against the customers invoice at the time of purchase.

All shipments are sent based on weight and item dimension. Pricing will be calculated at the time of check-out, and the BUYER will be provided with an opportunity to “Confirm” their entire order prior to the order being placed.

Physical Shipping

GlobalTolls.com ships via UPS, and in circumstances involving large weight (greater than 50 lbs.) or cubic dimensions (pallet size and up), TST Overland. Neither provider can deliver to P.O. Boxes. To make sure that shipments to addresses with P.O. Boxes and rural routes get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address or highway marker number with your order.

To determine shipping cost, please add item(s) to your shopping cart for your preferred shipping options. The finalized shipping cost will appear in the Shipping Method of the Checkout just prior to you entering your credit card information in the payment page. Shipping costs are calculated based on the product(s) being delivered and the shipping address.

Orders ship from Listowel ON, Monday through Friday excluding holidays and subject to carrier pick-up times.
